Woman Critically Injured After Police Say 7- and 4-Year-Old Boys Took Parents’ Car and Crashed Into Her

A California woman is fighting for her life after police say she was struck by a vehicle allegedly taken by two young children in Oakland. According to ABC7 News, witnesses reported seeing a white sedan speeding down 35th Avenue before it hit the woman Thursday while she was walking her dog. The victim has been identified by her family as Kiara Bowling.
