RealBleeda Stays Locked Up After Judge Denies Bond

RealBleeda is going to stay locked up after a judge shut down his bond request in the 2024 murder case that’s been building since September. The 24-year-old rapper, whose legal name is David Catherine, faces first-degree murder and obstruction of justice charges connected to the death of Teressa Calligan, a youth advocate who was shot multiple times while driving along Airline Highway in Baton Rouge. Judge Louise Hines made the call on Thursday, keeping RealBleeda in East Baton Rouge Parish Prison, where he’s been held since his arrest.
