No more Bobo: Seahawks receiver’s season is over after knee injury

The Seattle Seahawks have officially announced that wide receiver Jake Bobo has been placed on season-ending injured reserve. Unfortunately this move is not a surprise after Bobo suffered a knee injury in the joint practice against the Tennessee Titans on Friday. The injury was bad enough for head coach Mike Macdonald to state the same day that it “seems like it’s going to be a serious knee” that would be a “long-term injury.” Bobo, a fan favorite and major locker room presence may not stuff the stat sheet.
