Minkah Fitzpatrick reflects on frustration with Steelers

Minkah Fitzpatrick was the missing ingredient to a defense that needed a splash playmaker. After Ben Roethlisberger went down with a season-ending elbow injury in Week 2 of the 2019 season, the Pittsburgh Steelers showed they weren’t mailing in the campaign and traded a first-round pick to the Miami Dolphins in exchange for the young safety, and it ended up being one of the best trades in franchise history. From 2019-24, Fitzpatrick was a three-time First-Team All-Pro and a five-time Pro Bowler, leading the NFL in interceptions in 2022 with six.
