Lions announce that they've signed Josh Dobbs

Quarterback Josh Dobbs is officially a member of the Lions. Word that Dobbs would be joining the team came on Sunday and the move was announced on Monday afternoon. Defensive tackle Aidan Keanaaina was placed on injured reserve in a corresponding move.
