The Eagles are acclimating themselves to a new offense this offseason and right tackle Lane Johnson thinks it is going to suit one of the team's top players quite well. Wednesday's joint practice with the Patriots gave offensive coordinator Sean Mannion a chance to call plays for the starting offense and provided a glimpse into how the team will use running back Saquon Barkley. One of those uses will be as a receiver and Johnson believes that giving him the ball like that will provide an opportunity for Barkley to get back to the 2024 production that made him the league's offensive player of the year.
