The Hip-Hop icon cited unexpected travel issues as the reason for the no-show, forcing the team to announce the cancellation on the video board during the 9th inning while the Sox were getting blown out 8-2 by the Cleveland Guardians. According to USA TODAY, White Sox reporter James Fegan confirmed the announcement came through the video board during the game against Cleveland.
