Four High-Profile Hip Hop Cases Head To Trial In August

A murder case that has followed Hip Hop for nearly three decades is finally headed before a jury, but Tupac Shakur’s killing is only one of four major criminal trials scheduled to begin in August. Duane “Keefe D” Davis will be the first to face jurors when his Las Vegas trial begins on August 10. Lil Durk is due in federal court 10 days later, followed by proceedings involving Yella Beezy and AllStar JR before the month ends.
