FBI Arrests Woman Accused of Plotting ISIS-Inspired Attack on New York State Capitol

A woman has been arrested after federal authorities alleged she planned an ISIS-inspired attack targeting the New York State Capitol in Albany. According to ABC News, 35-year-old Jessica Bowie was taken into custody Wednesday following an FBI investigation. In a criminal complaint unsealed Thursday, investigators allege Bowie pledged allegiance to ISIS through online communications and began planning an attack on the Capitol in July.
