Philadelphia Eagles running back Ja'Quinden Jackson has "strength and movement in all extremities and is being taken to a local hospital for further evaluation," per the team. Jackson suffered the injury on the opening kickoff of Saturday night's game against the New England Patriots. The running back reportedly went to make a tackle and appeared to take a knee to the head.
