Colorado Officials Warn Drivers to Lock Their Cars After Bear Dies Trapped Inside Vehicle

Authorities in Colorado are reminding residents to lock their vehicles after a black bear was found dead inside an unlocked car. According to The Independent, the approximately 250-pound black bear entered the vehicle in Colorado Springs but was unable to get back out. Officials with Colorado Parks and Wildlife said the bear destroyed the interior as it attempted to escape.
