Browns claim TE Dae'Quan Wright off waivers, put DB Damarri Mathis on IR

The Browns made a pair of roster moves on Tuesday afternoon. The NFL's daily transaction report shows that they claimed tight end Dae'Quan Wright off of waivers from the Eagles. They put defensive back Damarri Mathis on injured reserve in a corresponding move.
