A traffic stop in Mississippi County is making rounds on social Media after recently released dashcam video showed an Arkansas State Police trooper slamming and punching an 18-year-old woman. The incident, which occurred on August 1st, appears to show the trooper punching the woman in the face after bringing her to the ground.
