Anthony Davis disputes ex-Lakers coach’s LeBron James workout claim

Former Los Angeles Lakers assistant coach Lionel Hollins raised eyebrows with a comment he made during an appearance on Sirius XM’s “NBA Today” show on Sunday. “I’ve got a story to tell you: We got [Anthony Davis] in a trade , and AD comes into the weight room in the morning, and he said, ‘[LeBron!] You said if I came in, we were gonna work out together! Man, we haven’t worked out yet!'” Hollins recounted.
