Aaron Rodgers will not play tonight against the Packers

The Steelers did not announce their quarterback plans for Thursday night's preseason game against the Packers. Aaron Rodgers, though, is on the sideline in street clothes. Mason Rudolph will start, with Will Howard replacing him at some point in the first half, according to the 102.5 WDVE pregame show.
